Exercise
The exercise that I’m giving you this month is to strengthen your rhomboid muscles. When we hunch our shoulders over the rhomboid muscles are pulled. Muscles like to contract not be pulled so that’s why you can feel tension. I have a link here that you can click on for an excersize that will help strengthen your rhomboids.
